Digital Front End Engineer (three vacancies)

Job Description
  • Writing module-level Spec based on system requirements;
  • Modeling and emulation in module-level design;
  • Module-level RTL design and code check;
  • Module-level integrated and formal verification, as well as functional emulation;
  • Chip-level verification platform building and optimization;
  • Taking part in making chip-level verification protocols and various items for module verification;
  • The implementation of verification protocols and optimization of verification methods;
  • Applicants should be familiar with CPU architectures and have certain knowledge about AMBA bus;

  • Analog Circuit Engineer (five vacancies)

    Job Description
  • Analog front end design and development in chip design projects, including parameter definition, circuit design, emulation verification, chip testing, etc;
  • Applicants should be familiar with the IC design flow, have a solid theoretical basis for analog IC design;
  • Applicants should be familiar with analog front end design EDA tools and the layout design flow;
  • Applicants should have more than one year of analog IC design experience;
  • Applicants should have strong learning ability, communication skills and the spirit of teamwork;

  • Analog Layout Engineer (two vacancies)

    Job Description
  • Finishing analog layout design based on circuit diagrams;
  • Finishing layout physical-layer verification (DRC/LVS/PEX, etc);
  • Finishing paper work concerning design;
  • Job Requirements
  • Applicants should have an education background in microelectronics or related fields;
  • Applicants should be familiar with the CMOS process flow;
  • Applicants should be able to use Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre and other tools expertly;
  • Applicants should have a background in digital/analog circuits and more than two years of layout design experience;
  • Applicants should be positive and active, can work hard and endure hardships, have good learning ability, communication skills and the spirit of teamwork.

  • Hardware Engineer (three vacancies)

    Job Description
  • Hardware system board design and debugging for development tools;
  • Program code design and implementation for programmable devices (FPGA/MCU);
  • Taking part in software and hardware joint debugging, making sure the communication interfaces and protocols are right and ready, making sure the hardware system’s functional parameters meet design requirements;
  • Job Requirements
  • Applicants should have a postgraduate or higher education background in communication, electronic information engineering, automatic control or other related fields;
  • Applicants should be able to use Xilinx (Altera) FPGA in design and development, have mastery of FPGA code design, emulation, integration and implementation flows;
  • Applicants should be familiar with the 8051 chip, ARM and other microprocessor control chips, have mastery of the C language or assembly language;
  • Applicants should be able to use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers and other devices expertly;
  • Applicants should be familiar with USRT, SPI, USB and other interface protocols; applicants familiar with ISO/IEC 7816、ISO/IEC14443 protocols have priority;
  • Applicants should be hardworking, positive and active, rigorous and devoted, have the spirit of teamwork;

  • Algorithm Engineer

    Job Description
  • Algorithm design and mathematical deduction for wireless communication systems;
  • Related algorithm modeling, emulation and performance optimization by using Matlab;
  • Cooperating with ASIC engineers in the implementation of communication algorithms;
  • Job Requirements
  • Applicants should have a postgraduate or higher education background in electronic information, communication, mathematics or other related fields;
  • Applicants should have mastery of basic knowledge of communication and signal processing majors;
  • Applicants should have mastery of the Matlab/C/C++ language;
  • Applicants should have comprehension ability, communication skills, team play and team spirit;
  • Applicants with experience in developing ASK, FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK and other communication systems have priority;
  • Applicants should be able to use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers and other devices expertly; applicants with experience in lab chip debugging have priority;

  • RF IC Engineer

    Job Description
  • RF module and transceiver chip design and verification, writing design reports;
  • Layout design, assisting layout engineers with layout design;
  • Test scheme design, chip testing;
  • Job Requirements
  • Applicants should have an undergraduate or higher education background in microelectronics or other related fields;
  • Applicants should be familiar with RF/Analog IC design flows, can use Cadence Spectre, SpectreRF, ADS and other EDA tools expertly;
  • Applicants should be familiar with RF/Analog IC theories and device models, have RF/Analog IC design experience;
  • Applicants should have circuit design and layout design experience; applicants with experience in taping out or RF/Analog IC testing have priority;
  • Applicants with experience in successfully taping out LNA, Mixer, PA, PLL, VCO, ADC and Filter have priority;
  • Applicants should be hardworking, responsible, good at learning, have communication skills and the spirit of teamwork.
